  • Legal Advisers of Grupo Inmobiliario EMG of Panamá S.A. to the preparation, negotiation, and closing of sale and purchase of an unimproved land to make an investment of an industrial building. The transaction was estimated at USD $1,500,000.00.
  • Legal Advisers of Claytown Investments Properties S.A. to the preparation, negotiation, and closing of an acquisitions of land located in the Panama City through a public bid announced by the Panamanian Government to make a real estate investment. The transaction was estimated at USD $1,500,000.00.
  • Legal Advisers of Alomar Properties S.A. ., to the preparation, negotiation, and closing sale of a land located at the Casco Viejo of Panama City to make a tourist investment project. The transaction was estimated at USD $3,000,000.00.
  • Legal Advisers of a U.S. Hotel Consortium for the approval of the Environmental Impact Study before the National Environmental Authority (ANAM per its Spanish acronym) and permits before several governmental authorities for the construction and operation of the Hotel Casco Viejo, located in the judicial district of San Felipe, Province of Panama.
